What is an e-vignette?+

It is a paperless motorway vignette registered to your vehicle's number plate. No sticker is needed: checks are carried out by automatic number plate recognition.

Is Vignette-Pass an official website?+

No. Vignette-Pass is a private service that registers your vignette with the relevant authorities. You can also buy it directly from the official bodies; our price includes the official fee and a service fee shown separately.

How quickly is my vignette active?+

Registration is completed within a few minutes of payment. If you choose a future start date, the vignette activates automatically on that day.

What happens if I enter the wrong number plate?+

A vignette registered to the wrong plate does not cover you in the event of a check. That is why we ask for your plate twice and show an accurate preview before payment. If you make a mistake, contact our support team as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

Visa, Mastercard and CB cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are secured with 3-D Secure.

Can I cancel my order?+

Yes, as long as the vignette has not yet been registered with the authority. Once registered, the service has been fully performed and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
