Vignette-Pass is a private intermediary service that registers electronic vignettes and road passes with the competent road authorities on behalf of its customers. Vignette-Pass is not affiliated with any public authority. Vignettes can also be purchased directly from the official bodies at their official price.
The total price shown includes the official fee, paid over to the competent authority, and the Vignette-Pass service fee. These two amounts are shown separately before any payment. Prices are expressed in euros, including VAT.
The vignette is registered as soon as payment is confirmed, at the customer's express request. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the consumer's prior express consent.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, in particular the registration number and the country of registration. Double entry and a plate preview are provided to limit errors.
The data collected (number plate, e-mail address, order details) is used solely to fulfil the order and provide customer support.
